This Refund Framework specifies all refund judgment standards for orders placed on grovivora.com managed by XUNCHI TRADE CO., LIMITED.

Conditions for Approving Refund

2. We cancel your order before parcel dispatch caused by stock depletion or system malfunction.
3. Wrong‑delivered items or factory‑defective goods dispatched due to our operational error.

Refund Processing Timeline

After we receive returned parcel, finish inspection and approve your refund application, we will initiate refund transfer toward your original payment channel within 5‑10 business days. Actual fund‑arrival time is subject to bank or payment‑provider processing efficiency and cannot be guaranteed by us.

Partial Refund Situation

We may offer partial refund solution when returned goods have minor wear traces, missing attachments or broken original outer package. We will inform you clearly before executing partial‑refund operation.

Non‑refundable Expenses & Merchandise

Refund Application Rejection

Pre‑shipment Order Cancellation

You can apply full‑amount order cancellation before parcels get dispatched. Once shipment completes, direct order‑cancellation function becomes unavailable; you need to submit return application after receiving delivered goods.
